Bidgely may provide its solution through your utility energy portal under your utility's brand or a joint brand with Bidgely. In this scenario your energy utility will provide us with your energy usage information under strict confidentiality restrictions. The personal information you provide on your utility branded or co-branded portal, such as email address, home appliance and demographic information, may be shared between your utility and us and will not be shared with any third-party without your explicit consent.
 

Log Files & IP Addresses

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL.
